Semi-hard, ripened, full-fat product of milk and vegetable fat in the form of salami, 30 %, 45 % fat in dry matter. There is the block shape available or it comes portioned in practical 200 g pack. It is manufactured from high quality milk from mountain and foothill regions of Slovakia. Grated cheese provides comfortable use in catering services. It simplifies the preparation of sauces, cheese rolls, baked dishes, whether from potatoes, pasta, vegetables, or various meats.
