Eidam smoked 45 % – salami shape

Semi-hard, ripened, full-fat milk product, 45 % fat in dry matter. It is available in five different packages. Its great flavor is achieved by a unique smoking pursuant to traditional process and through the use of quality milk from mountain and foothill regions of Slovakia. Eventually it’s gaining a stronger matured cheesy flavor and a soft, buttery consistency.
