WPC 80% Lactose free dried whey protein concentrate

Whey protein concentrate with low protein content of max. 0,04% is considered as lactose free WPC. It is obtained by removing sufficient non-protein constituents from pasteurized whey so that the finished dry product contains not less than 80% protein. It is manufactured from fresh sweet whey by ultrafiltration and spray drying.

WPC has a complete amino acid profile with high levels of branched-chain amino acids. Because it is quickly digested, it initiates a quicker increase in protein synthesis. It is considered to be a clean label option for sports nutrition and weight management and perfect as a pre- and post-workout nourishment.

Store and ship in a cool, dry environment of less than 26°C and relative humidity less than 65%. Use within 24 months.
